The patented Doctor Crusher is an industrial strength, simple, RECYCLING TRUCK MOUNTED or MATERIALS RECYCLING FACILITY (MRF), blue box recyclable container perforating and flattening machine. This high quality recycling equipment is also excellent for depackaging in the food, beverage, paint or chemical industries.
The recyclable containers placed into the unit are force fed into the mechanism perforated and crushed. The patented rotor is driven by a reliable, high power, hydraulic motor. Containers are force fed into the equipment to provide high volume consistent feed rates. The crush plate is spring loaded to handle material surges and provide overload relief.
The entire unit has been built for the simplest possible maintenance. This allows most servicing to be done with a single wrench or impact socket.
